We begin showing films in our reading hall twice a day. Join us on Wednesday, March 4 at 1 p.m. to watch the film “One Woman, One Vote” (2005, 106 min.). It is about the 72-year struggle for women’s suffrage which culminated in the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment in 1920. The film “Isadora Duncan, Movement from the Soul” (2006, 58 min.)will be demonstrated at 5:30 p.m. It traces the life and artistic development of Isadora Duncan, often called the mother of modern dance.
