“The increasingly rapid pace of life today causes more problems than it solves”
(sub-topic: "Considering the increasingly rapid pace of life today, it is more important to have skills of quick adaptation than profound knowledge").
“Avoid the rush-hour" must be the slogan of modern cities all over the world.
The words, "Rapid pace of life", immediately bring into our mind an image of the fleeing vehicles impatient to wait at signals, all fast food corners flooded with people engaged in their laptops, i-pods, i-phones, androids doing multitasking not only at their workplaces but also at every common place.
Where is this fast paced life leading to?
We are able to connect to any person at any corner of the world.
We can even cook food in minutes.
Does this solve our problems?
Of course it does solve one problem but brings in many others!
Two debate teams will try to sort this problem out.
For the reason that we had to cancel our presentation about TV sports broadcasting (dedicated to Olympic games in London), we are going to start with it our next DC Club Event on August, 23.
