We invite everyone interested in computer programming to join our newest Coding on Wednesdays Club!
Arduino and Raspberry Pi are two most popular open-source electronic platforms based on easy-to-use hardware and software, designed to be as flexible as possible. People of all ages and backgrounds are getting into the powerful and interactive things you can do with these platforms — from school kids to university researchers, artists and designers. They build cool things, like autonomous robots, personal computers, 3D printers, interactive artwork, etc.
Each Wednesday our club will meet to discuss and learn to usethese platforms as well as the related coding languages, such as Python.
The Arduino part is a hands-on workshop where people form groups and work independently on a joint project, and further present their solution as a group. It is facilitated by Igor Volnovwho has over 20 years of experience in IT, computer programming and Arduino.
Raspberry Pi is a programming class combining theory and practice, overseen by Zoe Mbikayi, Moscow Aviation Institute student experienced in microprocessors and programming.
Wednesday, November 15 is devoted to Arduino and led by Igor Volnov.
Coding on Wednesdays is open to children (12 y.o. and older) and adults. We provide all necessary equipment on site.
